FAQ
Is it possible to pledge our crest/logo and not be involved in the activities?

Absolutely. All schools that have participated will be part of the Family of Schools that Care until the end of 2019 but do not have to participate in the activities .

What is the date of the campaign?

The campaign has started already and will run annually going forward.

Why should we get involved now?

Cancer affects everyone, either directly or indirectly. There is no better time than now to be part of the Family of Schools that Care. Your pledge will assist in funding one or more of CANSA’s many initiatives, such as cancer education and care and support programmes.
To date, the I Believe Foundation has used funds raised to finance eye prostheses for children who have lost an eye to cancer. Further funding will help the organisation to raise awareness about depression and suicide, to facilitate training and skills development programmes, and to help uplift people who are homeless or destitute.

Participating in this national campaign enhances the reputation of schools belonging to the Family of Schools that Care
