People often have trouble believing or accepting the fact that they or their loved ones have cancer. For many, this is a defence mechanism to cope with the shocking revelation of their diagnosis.

The We Care
Six Category Challenge
The I Believe Foundation, in association with The Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA), is proud to launch the national We Care Annual Challenge. The challenge is designed to bring companies, schools, medical and health practitioners and individuals closer together by showing that We Care.
The Challenge’s core objective is to offer a challenge which involves different pledges to show that they care and that those affected by cancer are not alone and that they can get through it.
Show your support in honour of those lost to cancer, those diagnosed with cancer and rejoice with those who beat cancer.
The logo's and personal messages will be unveiled on Mt Kilimanjaro on the annual Mt Kilimanjaro and Mt Meru climb.
